Website and hosting

Wix hosts this website. Technical connection data, including your IP address, access time, requested resource and browser/device information, is processed to deliver and secure the website (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). Images and videos may load from Wix media servers.

Contact

We process information you provide by email or telephone to answer your enquiry and prepare or perform a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). Other enquiries are handled based on our legitimate interest in communication (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Bookings and digital vouchers through Quinbook

We use Quinbook, provided by Woizzer AG, Osakaallee 2, 20457 Hamburg, Germany. The existing Quinbook module loads on booking and voucher pages and receives necessary technical connection data. Date, participant, contact and payment information is processed to handle your booking or purchase (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). Google Maps

The embedded map loads only when you select “Load map”. This sends your IP address and technical connection data to Google with your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). Select “Disable map” to remove the map again. You can also open Google Maps using the external directions link. See the Google privacy policy.

Fonts and Google Analytics

Fonts are served locally. With your consent, we use Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland) to understand website usage and clicks leading to bookings and vouchers. The Google tag is loaded only after you choose “Allow analytics”. If you decline, our website analytics remains disabled. Advertising storage, advertising personalisation and Google Signals are disabled in this integration.

Analytics processes device/browser information, page views and interactions using pseudonymous cookie identifiers. Google receives technical connection data; Google Analytics 4 does not log or store individual IP addresses. Our analytics cookies have a configured lifetime of 90 days. Your consent choice is stored locally for 180 days. You may change or withdraw it at any time using “Privacy settings” in the footer; withdrawal disables our analytics and deletes its first-party analytics cookies. Page URLs sent by this integration exclude query parameters and fragments.

The legal basis is your consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR and Section 25(1) TDDDG. Data may be processed on Google servers outside the EU, including in the USA. See Google’s privacy policy and Google Analytics privacy information. The booking provider’s separate processing is described above.

Retention and recipients

We retain personal data only as long as required for its purpose or legal retention duties. Technical service and payment providers receive data where required to provide their services. Processing outside the EU/EEA is subject to Articles 44 onwards of the GDPR.

Your rights

Subject to applicable conditions, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and objection. You may withdraw consent for the future at any time and complain to a data protection authority, including the Hessian Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information.
