Find us at Hanauer Landstraße 340, 60314 Frankfurt am Main. Look for The Great Escape Frankfurt and Sixt banners on the building. The entrance is on Dieselstraße: the only white door in the middle of that side of the building. Enter and take the lift to the second floor.

Please arrive exactly 10 minutes before your booked start time for the briefing. Allow extra time for parking. If you arrive late, the delay comes out of your playing time. We will try to fit in every game, but cannot guarantee this after a late arrival.

The game starts at the time in your booking confirmation, even if someone is missing. Late groups or individuals can join only at the next game phase and must wait until then. They need a briefing before joining; the game is paused for everyone during this briefing to keep things fair. This reduces playing time and can affect your chances of winning. If you are more than 30 minutes late, participation may be refused with the booking charge still due. Please arrive 10 minutes before your slot.

Look for roadside parking and spaces in the surrounding side streets. Parking is usually easier in the evenings and at weekends. Allow more than 10 extra minutes to find a space. Do not use Sixt’s private parking spaces: your car may be towed. Open the location map.

Yes, as long as you stay within the maximum player count for your booked game. You do not need to contact us first: bring the extra players and pay the difference on arrival. If you would exceed the maximum, please contact us in advance so we can check the options.

You can change the player count, reschedule or cancel up to 48 hours before your game starts. Use the link in your confirmation email to manage the booking yourself. In an emergency, email us. Within the final 48 hours, the full agreed price remains payable even if fewer people attend.

We do not accept cash. Pay with common cards such as EC/Maestro and credit cards, or digitally via PayPal or PayPal QR Scan & Pay. No card with you? We can send a payment link to your phone so you can pay through your app.

Active participation is available from age 6. Children under 6 do not actively play; parents or carers can wait with young children in the lobby while the rest of the group plays. Five-year-olds can cheer as spectators. In a regular game, children aged 6–13 need an equal number of adult players. From age 14, players can participate without older teammates. Children’s birthday parties and school classes have their own group offers.

School groups can include up to 70 people, including accompanying adults. A minimum of 18 paying pupils or €360 applies, even for smaller groups. Pupils pay €20 and accompanying adults play free. Dedicated start times are 08:00, 10:30 and 13:00. Please confirm the number of accompanying adults when enquiring.

Book school groups through a personal enquiry, not the regular booking system. Include the school name and responsible adult’s name, pupil count, preferred date and time, and the adult’s phone number and email address. Check your spam folder for the confirmation.

Your Clash Master determines the order of games and group allocation on the day, not in advance. Written cancellation is possible up to 48 hours before the game starts. The children’s birthday offer requires at least 6 actively playing children aged 6–13. Groups of up to 70 people are possible, subject to availability. Find the terms and accompanying-adult arrangements in our children’s birthday offer.

Across more than 400 m², several rooms offer changing knowledge, skill and action games. Subject to capacity, up to 70 people can take part at the same time. Yes. German and English are our official game languages, and the game system supports both. Our Clash Masters speak fluent German and most also speak English. We will help with other languages where possible, but cannot promise a game in another language.

Your own game show: teams compete in knowledge, skill and action challenges. Our in-house game system connects the rooms, tracks your progress and records points for your decisions, actions and wins. Sometimes there are surprise bonus games for extra points.

The rooms are air-conditioned, with cold drinks available on site. At the end, points are counted and the winners crowned. All participants receive a reward, and there is a winner’s photo. Whether it is a casual challenge or a celebration, the shared experience is what counts.

Clash is a team competition combining knowledge, skill and action in a TV game-show style. It draws on more than 10 years of escape-game experience, with our own design and technology experts developing the experience. The Great Escape Frankfurt is in the same building. Your Clash Masters explain the format, rules and what is included before you start. They encourage and guide you, while your own skills and effort determine the points. During some phases your group plays independently while the team takes care of other tasks, so a personal host is not beside you every minute.

The focus is on friendly competition and fun, not athletic performance. Some challenges may make you work up a sweat. Drinks are available in every room. Knowledge games draw on general knowledge and common sense, like a TV quiz show. Please discuss specific needs or limitations with us in advance so we can plan your visit together.

Your group stays together, even if there are only three of you. No strangers are added to your team. Your current game room is reserved for your group. You may meet other groups in the building or when moving between areas; your booking does not automatically give you exclusive use of the entire venue.
